We are proud to announce that we have again passed our ISO9001 audit with no major or minor non-conformances. ISO 9001 is defined as “the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS)”. Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

In practice this means that every year our methods and procedures are closely scrutinised by an independent auditor who then produces a report and makes a recommendation as to whether we retain our ISO9001 accreditation. Our Group Compliance Manager Kevin Godden oversees all areas of compliance and it is largely a result of his hard work and dedication coupled with our talented management team that customers can rest assured that the company operates to the best possible standards.
